This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by WhiteHorse. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any payments.

2. Service Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a service that has been ordered but not yet started, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing the order: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours but before work has commenced: 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made after work has commenced: Refund will be provided as per the percentage of work not completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.

2.2 Cancellation by WhiteHorse

WhiteHorse reserves the right to cancel a service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or if we believe that the service requested violates our terms and conditions. In such cases:

  • If no work has been completed: Full refund.
  • If partial work has been completed: Refund will be provided for the percentage of work not completed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service not provided: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Quality issues: If the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, you may request a refund. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Technical issues: If technical issues on our end prevent the service from being delivered as promised, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind: Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued simply because you have changed your mind about the service.
  • Unreasonable expectations: Refunds will not be issued if your expectations were not clearly communicated in the initial agreement or if they are deemed unreasonable.
  • Third-party services: We cannot issue refunds for third-party services or products that were purchased as part of our service package.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support your refund request.

We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team.
  • Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged for the upcoming period.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period if you cancel your subscription mid-cycle.
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Natural disasters or emergencies affecting your business
  • Serious illness or death
  • Other extenuating circumstances
